The main requirements are to work remotely for a company outside Spain, either in an employment relationship or as a freelancer.
If presented as a tourist from Spain, the resolution period is 20 working days, and if there is no response, the application will be considered approved.
The right of residence may be granted to minor children, dependent adults, spouses, registered and unregistered domestic partners, ascendants and children of spouses and domestic partners.
It can be changed to another Entrepreneurs Law residence at any time (Highly Qualified Professional, Entrepreneur, Investor) and after one year to another type of residence.
The minimum income must be 200% of the minimum wage in 14 payments (31,444 euros per year). If the amount in salary is not reached, it can be supplemented with savings from 25,900 euros.
