It can be presented in Spain directly during the period of legal stay as a tourist, study stay or other type of legal residence. The resolution period is 20 working days. This option is more agile and simple and is done on-line. Another strong point is that the duration of residence is three years. <\/p>\n\n

Financial means: Holders of visas and residence permits: amount representing 200% of the monthly minimum wage (SMI) in 14 payments (31,444 euros per year). – Family units that include two persons counting the person who is the holder and the person regrouped: at least 75% of the SMI. A 25% of the SMI will be required for each additional member two persons. These amounts must be accredited among others with the contract, payslips, certificate of the company transferring the employer, etc. <\/p>\n\n
Certificate of Social Security coverage (if there is an agreement with the country of origin and Spain) or registration with the Spanish Social Security must be presented, proving at least the application for registration of the foreign company with the Social Security and the commitment to register as a worker, once the authorization has been obtained before the start of work or commitment to register as self-employed in the case of self-employed workers. In most cases it is easier to work as a FreeLancer than as an employee of the company, since it is quite difficult to have coverage in the country of origin. <\/p>\n\n
The seniority in the activity with the company for which you are working must not be less than 3 months. It will be accredited with the contract, pay slips, letter from the company and payments received. <\/p>\n\n
The contracting company must have at least one year of seniority, accredited with a certificate from the commercial registry of the country of origin, legalized and, if necessary, translated.<\/p>\n\n
If the amount equivalent to two minimum wages is not reached, savings can be credited for two years, as long as the annual amount from work is at least 26,948 euros, which is the average wage.<\/p>\n\n
